The passing of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Improving Accountability and Member
Outcomes in Superannuation Measures No.1) Bill 2017 (Bill) into law on 4 April 2019 amended the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (SIS Act) by adding additional covenants relating to regulated superannuation funds annual outcomes assessment.
