HR & Administration Coordinator

This generalist role will support the Executive Manager of Operations & HR to deliver a broad suite of HR practices, initiatives and services to support a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

This is a great opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions including:

  • recruitment and on-boarding
  • performance, learning and development
  • policy development, review and implementation
  • employee communication, meetings and off-sites
  • health and wellbeing
  • key projects

You will also be required to assist with corporate administration tasks including meeting coordination, minute-taking, travel bookings, document formatting, etc.

The role is offered as either a part-time or full-time opportunity, flexibility provided with working hours and combination of home and office time.
