Industry Super Australia (ISA) appreciates the opportunity to provide comment on the Insurance
Claims Handling Treasury consultation paper (Consultation Paper), the purpose of which is to
implement the Government’s response to recommendation 4.8 of the Final Report of the Royal
Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry
(Final Report).
