Lisa Samuels

Lisa is the Chief Experience Officer of the $64billion industry super fund HESTA. HESTA serves more than 880,000 members across Australia and 80% of those members are women. Both HESTA and Lisa are committed to advancing gender equality, understanding that when women do better, everyone benefits from a more resilient economy and a fairer society.

Prior to joining HESTA in 2015, Lisa worked for a number of industry super funds and has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. She is passionate about customer experience and building strong, sustainable brands and cultures that deliver on their promises. 

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Economics, Graduate Diploma of Marketing, Masters of Organisational Leadership and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
